  • This depends on the package and scope of coverage. We don’t cap the number of deliverables — instead, we curate and deliver all the best moments captured from your event.

  • Our standard delivery is:

     • Photos: 3–4 weeks

     • Videos: 6–8 weeks

    If you need a quicker turnaround, express delivery is available upon request.

  • Yes. Certain packages include printed albums or other physical deliverables. Custom add-ons are also available.

  • Yes, we’re available on both weekdays and weekends depending on scheduling.

  • Event day coverage and pre/post sessions are booked separately, as they require different preparation and setups.

  • Any unused hours are non-refundable and non-transferable. To maximize coverage, we’ll help you plan your timeline in advance.

  • Yes, within reason. For example, we can cover your morning session and return in the evening, as long as it’s arranged beforehand.

  • If you’ve purchased a package with a fixed number of hours (e.g. 15 hours), you may split those hours across different days, provided this is arranged with us in advance. For separate events that require full coverage and editing (like a wedding day and a corporate event), each date would need its own booking due to logistics and production requirements.

  • Yes, if time permits within your coverage. We’ll plan locations and logistics with you.

  • Absolutely. We offer flexible packages that can be tailored to your event or corporate needs.

  • Downgrades are not possible once booked, but you may upgrade or add-on services anytime.

  • No. We don’t charge extra for public holidays or peak dates — our rates remain the same year-round.

  • Yes, we offer express delivery options for an additional fee.

  • Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. Partial refunds may apply if cancellation is made at least 3 months before the event.

     • Postponement: Subject to our team’s availability on your new date.

  • Yes, as long as the transfer is confirmed before the original event date.

  • We don’t release raw files, as they don’t reflect our storytelling style. Instead, we deliver fully edited, polished work that best represents your event.
